Basic Qualification and Skillset:
- Masters In Humanities, Development Or Social Sciences With 2 Or More Years Of Experience Required.
- Good Communication & Documentation Skills, Collaborative, And Team Player
- The Applicant Must Be Fluent In English, Hindi.
- Should Have Strong Documentation & Research Skills and, Skills In Project Management
- Should Be Able To Work Independently, With Capacity To Run Training Calendars & Plans As Per Schedule Per Academic Year.
- Willingness To Travel
- Experience and Expertise With Computer, Online Platform Usage, Data Handling & Archiving
- Experience In Similar Area Of Work In The Past
- Willingness To Commit To Atleast 3 Years.
Job Description:
- Mentoring And Coaching Of Immediate And Next Team Cluster ; Identifying Their Training Needs
- Oversee Training Recommendations Of Team Members Along With HR Personnel
- Review And Become Upto Date With Existing Training Programs And Modules – Urban, Rural And Community Development Aligning With The Organizations Training Framework
- Co-Ordinate The Management Of Trauma, PFI And Grassroots Trainings Programs Of The Organization And Any Other That May Additionally Be Added
- Participate In Research Studies, Surveys, Partner Research, Continuously Studying Training Data, Impact Of Trainings, Etc.
- Maintaining Excellent Training Data And Records, Partner Training Data, Partner Data MIS, Contributing To LMS
- Generate Training Reports And Donor Presentations On A Routine Basis
- Developing Strong Training Partnership Networks, With Organizations And Govt Agencies
- Mobilizing Trainees To Bapu Capacity Building Programs, Managing Training Enrolments, Trainee Engagements Towards Bapu Training Courses And Related Admin/Training Supports Related Responsibilities
- To Work In Collaboration With The Program Coordinators And Program Leaders And Contribute To Building A Co-Operative Team.
Salary: Based On Experience & Qualification.
