Bapu Trust is hiring a “Research Project Assistant – Publishing” for its Centre for Advocacy in Mental health, based in Pune, at the level of Co-ordinator.
Post Name: Research Project Assistant – Publishing Position: Project Assistant
Basic Qualification and Skillset:
- Post-graduate qualification in development / public health / policy research.
- Experience of at least 5 years in development/ health research in dedicated research teams, writing ROLs, segments of the paper.
- Passion for editing, reading, writing in English, synthesizing project reports, creating compilations, etc.
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and data analyses using contemporary packages.
- High fluency in English, Excellent English writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibility:
- Providing assistance to projects teams in research reports, project reports, donor reports, and other projects documentation that may be under preparation
- Editing annual data for the year book, pulling together data from all departments
- Maintaining the library and from time to time organizing some learning webinars around themes provided by teams
- Support in synthesizing service data from MIS, support in partner research studies, data monitoring from the partners, etc.
- Supporting and working with the field team leader in developing new research studies for field research; supporting in new areas of research that Bapu Trust may be developing.
- Conceiving of research designs and studies following engagement with the existing research history of the Bapu Trust.
- Support in organizing a dissemination conference and documentation thereof.
Appointment: For 3 years. Salary: Based on Experience & Qualification.
Reference: At least 2 references of the previous employers in the research field; Present samples of writing along with the CV.
